Collection of personal information

Personal information collected by The Developmental Leadership Program is treated as confidential and is used in accordance with all laws concerning the protection of personal information, including the UK Data Protection Act (1998) and the Australian Privacy Act (1988)

We will respond promptly to any request to remove personal data from the website where the person making such a request has a right to do so by law.

Anyone who wishes to comment on or amend any published information which may be considered ‘personal’ can contact the Website manager by emailing info@dlprog.org

We will not disclose your personal details including your email address to any third parties.

Other personal information collected by us, will only:

  • Be used for a lawful purpose
  • Be collected with your consent, and
  • Be collected for a clear and explicit purpose
